3. Chapter 135 Speculations/ Predictions

I. A Unique Friendship

Chapter 131 ended with Saitama introducing himself to a monster named Manako. It is likely that in the next chapter, we will see Saitama forging a sort-of friendship with Manako, which has countless implications.

Now that Saitama has befriended Manako, anyone who hurts her will get punched for sure.

Saitama will eventually make it to the surface with Manako and Flashy Flash. Since Manako is a monster helping a hero, Psykos will definitely try to punish her. This would be the perfect moment for Saitama to step in and save the day once again.

II. Heroes vs. Monsters

Now that the final fight is starting between Tatsumaki and Psykos, we will definitely see a heated high-stakes esper fight between them. With all of the heroes now converging to that location, an all-out war may start.

So far, we saw the heroes split up and fight separate monsters. We may get to see different heroes synergizing with each other to take down the Monster association for good.

III. Saitama Arrives

One Punch Man’s manga often involves Saitama in a sub-plot to delay his entry into the main plot.

While it seems ridiculous that the protagonist is not involved in the main plot, it is understandable when the protagonist kills everything in a single blow.

For the past few chapters, Saitama has been stuck underground with Manako and Flashy Flash. As the fight seems to be going out of the control of other characters, it seems like Saitama will soon escape and do his thing!

4. Chapter 134 Plot

The continues showing us the epic esper battle between Tatsumaki & Psykos. After Genos intervenes to save Tatsumaki, he buys enough time by distracting Psykos so that Tatsumaki can focus on saving everyone inside of the base before she goes all out – and that is precisely what she does.

After getting everyone to safety, Tatsumaki unleashes her potential and instantly overpowers Psykos. She “twists” the entire city to remove Psykos’ infestation. For a moment, her concentration is shaky and Psykos uses this opportunity to escape. However, Tatsumaki traps her.

The chapter ends with Drive Knight appearing out of nowhere and chasing Psykos around in the trap.

5. About One Punch Man

One-Punch Man is a Japanese superhero webcomic created by the artist One in early 2009. It has a manga adaptation illustrated by Yusuke Murata, as well as an anime adaptation. Following its publication, the webcomic quickly went viral, surpassing 7.9 million hits in June 2012.

On an unnamed Earth-like supercontinent planet, powerful monsters and villains have been wreaking havoc in the cities. To combat them, the world’s government created a Hero Association that employs superheroes to stop them. The heroes are ranked from Class C to Class S.

Saitama, an unassociated hero, hails from the metropolis of City-Z and performs heroic deeds for entertainment.

He has trained himself to the point where he broke his “limit” and can effortlessly defeat any opponent with a single punch while slaying monsters the same way. But he is now bored with his omnipotence and frustrated by sensing he lacks a challenge.
