One Piece recently released the 968th chapter of the series, titled “Oden’s Adventure.” This chapter shows the spread of Roger’s fame after he earns the title of Pirate King and Oden’s reaction to returning to Wano.

The next chapter of the series is going to be released on 26th January.
2. Chapter 969 Speculation
The chapter ended with Oden picking a fight with Orochi after finding out the terrible state of Wano upon his return.
Chapter 969 will continue the flashback narrated by Oden and probably show his demise and the attack on their castle, which forced Lady Toki to send 3 of the Red Scabbards and Momonosuke to the future.

Raw Scans of the 969th chapter were leaked on 23rd January. The upcoming chapter will continue Oden’s flashback and take us through the five years in which Oden returned to Wano before being killed by Kaido.

4. Chapter 968 – Oden’s Return Plot
The chapter continues Oden’s flashback of his journey with the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger. Shortly after coming back from the final island of the Grand Line, Roger gains fame worldwide as the Pirate King. Upon his return, Shanks asks Roger an undisclosed question, the answer to which makes Shanks cry. As his final captain’s order, Roger disbands his crew, he then bids goodbye to them and sets off to surrender himself to the Marines, probably headed to meet Garp.
The chapter strongly implies that Luffy is the rebirth of Joyboy and that Shirahoshi’s interactions with Luffy in the future will change the world.
After Roger leaves, Oden sets off for Wano, intending to open its borders. Still, to his surprise, the country’s condition has severely deteriorated. On finding out the terrible crimes Orochi committed in Oden’s absence, including hurting Lady Toki, Oden rushes off to Wano’s capital in a fit of rage and challenges Orochi to a fight.
5. Chapter 968 Cover Page Story
The cover page continues the Gang Bege’s Oh My Family story. Bege’s crew is now in Dressrosa, and Bege’s wife has been kidnapped by some unidentified characters. Gotti is in charge of bringing her back.
