This question has been popping up in my head ever since the Villain Academia arc started. Sure, Re-Destro has raw power in numbers and his quirk, but Shigaraki is not someone you should underestimate.

Being the central villain of the My Hero Academia series, Deku’s destined enemy, Shigaraki, will only grow stronger and get all villains to work under him.

After fighting with Gigantomachia for months, Tomura has some new tricks up his sleeve.

My Hero Academia episode 110 ended in Shigaraki and Re-Destro finally confronting each other, which will lead to an epic battle.

While everyone was busy gawking at Twice and Toga’s developments, the episode teased the anticipated Shigaraki vs. Re-Destro. Both of these villains who share the same goal and different philosophies are about to go all out.

SPOILERS AHEAD! This page contains spoilers from My Hero Academia.

As the story progresses, we will get to know how Tenko Shimura became Shigaraki Tomura. Not just that, during the battle with the MLA, Shigaraki’s decay quirk is enhanced to an extent where he doesn’t need to touch something with all five fingers to activate it.

As Twice came over his trauma, Shigaraki’s repressed memories started flooding, which became a trigger for his meta-ability to surpass its limits.

It is no surprise that the MLA will come under Shigaraki’s control. But witnessing how it happened is one of the best storylines of the series.

With the League stronger than ever and Shigaraki at the top of his game, no one would want to get on their wrong side. The MLA operating under Shigaraki’s control sounds terrifying, to say the least.

I have no clue how our heroes will tackle this hurdle, but we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it.

My Hero Academia is a Japanese superhero manga series written and illustrated by Kōhei Horikoshi. It has been serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump since July 2014, with its chapters additionally collected in 37 tankōbon volumes as of February 2023.

It follows a quirkless boy Izuku Midoriya and how he backed the greatest Hero alive. Midoriya, a boy who has been admiring heroes and their ventures since the day he was born, came into this world without a quirk, where almost everybody is born with one.

On one fateful day, he meets All Might the greatest Hero of all time and discovers that he was quirkless as well. With his diligent attitude and unwavering spirit about being a hero, Midoriya manages to impress All Might. He is chosen to be the heir to the power of One for All.
