My Hero Academia Chapter 393: Release Date, Speculation, Read Online

Uraraka and Toga’s fight nears its end in chapter 392 of My Hero Academia, titled “Villain Name.”

Toga progressively gets angrier throughout the fight, with Uraraka trying to confront and talk to her. However, it is merely pissing her off even further, considering the fact that her life has been easy this far, and compared to her, she cannot possibly understand her.

She keeps an injured Froppy in her possession and uses the blood spattered across the battlefield to gain control and trick the heroes while attacking from multiple angles. While they try to talk, she catches Uraraka in an unexpected attack.

Here are the latest updates.

1. Chapter 393 Raw Scans, Leaks

The chapter starts with a flashback to the League. Spinner realizes, after Twice’s question, that only Toga and Shigaraki lack a villain name. As she replies that she doesn’t want one, the others begin to provide suggestions: Spinner says, “the vampire Carmilla,” and Twice suggests “Pikachiu.”

Dabi says that all these suggestions are terrible, that these two names are references to things that existed before quirks appeared in this world, and that she won’t be taken seriously. Compress then says that Dabi’s isn’t much better (Dabi means cremation).

Shigaraki claims that in the past, there was no clear separation between heroes and villains and that one belief holds that your hero or villain label was given to you by your enemy. People began to create their own “hidden identities” sometime after that.

Individuals began to conceal a part of themselves and embrace the comic book concept of having a dual identity, and many ideas contend that hero and villain identities are the primary reason why the world today is so similar to comic books. Shigaraki, on the other hand, claims he doesn’t require one.

Toga is fascinated by this explanation and says that this is why she joined the League because she wanted to help create a world that was easier to live in. So she decides to continue living as Himiko Toga, without any other name.

Back in the present, Ochako has just been stabbed, yet she still manages to remark that she isn’t pitying Toga. She touches her, and Zero Gravity is activated. Toga takes a step back but thinks to herself that floating right now poses no danger to her.

Toga then says that Uraraka is saying nice things now but that later she will lock her in a cage and give her the death penalty. Or even worse, she’ll just kill her right here, like they did with Twice. It’s all about winning or losing, living or dying.
Uraraka claims that Toga is only repeating common sense, but Toga interrupts and adds that if Ochako’s emotion is not sympathy, it can only be egoism. She employs a new move called “Dead Man’s Legion,” which gathers many clones of various people.

Toga sends a wave of clones at Ochako, but she manages to defend herself with Gunhead Martial Arts. Toga says that just making them float is useless, and Ochako replies that her quirk is not meant to hurt other people. Toga remembers what Uraraka said about Curious’ death.

Uraraka says she has already pushed Toga away, and she understands that this world is not ideal for someone like her, but she admires Toga’s ability to speak up about the things and people she cares about.

The two are depicted as small children, and Uraraka remarks that Toga’s grin is so lovely that it makes her hope her own could be like that. Toga recalls her parents telling her she looked like a deviant, and Uraraka responds, “I can’t pretend I didn’t notice you smiling.”

Ochako says she won’t ignore Toga’s past crimes, and she won’t necessarily support everything she does from now on, but if Toga still wants to talk to her, she’s willing to give her her own blood for the rest of her life.

“I’d like to discuss love with you, Himiko-chan!” Ochako extends her blood-splattered hand to Toga, and in the chapter’s last panel, we see the two as children once more, with Ochako giving her hand so tiny Toga can sip her blood and cease screaming.

2. Chapter 393 Speculation

Uraraka has been stabbed in a vital spot by Toga, and the chances of her survival are at odds. She continues in her rage while transforming into multiple heroes, and Froppy might be the next one in danger, considering she has already been injured.

I. Uraraka dies

The scariest outcome of this fight will be the death of Uraraka; because Bakugo is already fatally injured and on the verge of extinction, Uraraka being this hurt, might be the final cause that will send Deku entirely out of control.

II. Uraraka defeats Toga

Although Toga had landed the first attack and stabbed her, there may be a possibility that she is still not entirely out of the fight and could pull a surprise attack as she usually does. She won’t kill Toga for sure and will just incapacitate her to talk and convince her of her feelings.

5. Recap of Chapter 392

Angered that Uraraka keeps assuming that she understands Toga, she counterattacks with a significantly injured Tsuyu in her possession. The wounds she suffered earlier make it hard for Froppy to fight back, and Toga is already ticked off beyond control.

She screams at Uraraka about how she’s just been talking down to her from a privileged position, where life was easy, and the rules were built to accommodate people like her. That by itself placed Uraraka’s childhood in a completely different realm from Toga’s.

As a kid, Toga’s parents had been disgusted and scared of her behavior, drinking the blood of the people and animals she loved; it was just a way of showing her affection. Even in school, everyone around her had called her a deviant and either avoided or tried to give her special treatment to become “normal.”

Like a dog licks its owner to show love, Toga sucked her friend’s blood when she had a wound to show her love. Her parents freaked out about everything she did, frustrated that they gave birth to a child that wasn’t human. Curious’s voice began echoing in her head again.

Triggering her even more and accusing her of sweeping her feelings under the rug again, she gets angry and projects all of it onto Uraraka launching her grapple hook and trapping her. Jiro tries to catch the now-flying Froppy, but it turns out to just be Toga transformed.

She has been picking up the blood around the battlefield and moving around and transforming. Everyone needs to coordinate their attacks together to keep up. Still, they can barely even find the true Toga within the confusion, and Froppy tries to continue talking and convincing her of Uraraka’s wishes.
