He narrowed it down to using just One For All, Blackwhip, and Fa Jin and created Faux 100% Manchester. He then destroyed Lady Nagant’s rifle arm.
As Deku tried to convince Lady Nagant, her body exploded. But Hawks arrived and caught her burnt body.

The raw scans and spoilers for Chapter 316 of My Hero Academia manga have been leaked, and the rough translation goes like this: Hawks and Deku fly carrying an injured Lady Nagant. After Lady Nagant gains consciousness, Hawks asks her about All For One.
Surprisingly, she doesn’t recognize him. Nagant shouts ‘In the next two months, bring the target to a mansion in Haibori forest,’ indicating that he is in that mansion.
After Deku enters the mansion, All For One appears. He says that while he was in prison, he thought a lot about Deku. He says ‘You are next,’ to Deku and the whole mansion explodes.

In the past, Kai Chisaki told Lady Nagant that he knows the identity of her target, the one who foiled his plan and is a severe case of ‘Hero Syndrome.’

In the present, Kai yells at Lady Nagant from the top of the building. He says that he has kept his promise and wants her to take him to the Boss right away, in response Lady Nagant points her rifle towards Chisaki.
She says to Deku that whoever the victim is if his mistake gets them killed, he will not be able to sleep at night. And then she fires the bullet.
But Deku immediately flexes and extends his legs to protect himself and store up the energy while using a combination of Fa Jin and 45% of One For All to create a 100% faux One For All.
This way, he temporarily becomes faster than the bullet and saved Chisaki. Meanwhile, Lady Nagant is surprised to see that he caught up to the shot. Deku tells Kai that they will talk later and uses Blackwhip to get back.
He thinks that because he’s been using One For All at 45%, Danger Sense, Smokescreen, Blackwhip, Fa Jin, and Float in rapid succession, his body froze. So, he narrows it down to using just One For All, Blackwhip, and Fa Jin.
With another leg’s worth of Fa Jin stored up, he then uses Faux 100% Manchester and smashes to break Lady Nagant’s rifle arm. She falls back, and Deku screams that it’s over.
Lady Nagant thinks on how Deku didn’t hesitate to save Chisaki even though they are enemies. As she falls through the air, she wonders about when the Hero Public Safety Commission’s ‘platitudes’ started to make her feel sick.
To her surprise, Deku extends his hand and saves her. He says that the shot she fired at Chisaki was off, indicating she wasn’t serious about killing him.
Furthermore, he tries to convince her to get on their side. He says that if she was truly on All For One’s side, she would have just shot him with the very first bullet.
He tells her that because she has seen the darkness, she should also know the way to bring back the light and says that he still sees the soul of a Hero in her.
Lady Nagant smiles, and when she is about to call him a true Hero, her body explodes, leaving Deku to scream in horror. It is then revealed that All For One added a failure clause to her contract and installed a self-destruction button, as he expected her to get swayed away by Deku’s words.
He calls her ‘merely a tool to the very end.’ Hawks fly to the scene and catches Lady Nagant’s burned body, asking her not to die on him.
