Shigaraki has all of his quirks and is fighting against weakened opponents with Gigantomachia on the way. The situation seems dire for the heroes.

Since this is definitely not the end of the series, there must be an unexpected ace up the sleeve of the heroes which can bail them out from this horrible situation.

II. Gigantomachia Switches Sides?

Gigantomachia’s return to the scene was rather unexpected since he was put to sleep by UA students not so long ago.

This seems suspicious. The visor in front of Gigantomachia’s eyes also points to something odd going on.

The scene shifts back to the fight between Shigaraki and Deku. With all of his quirks restored, Shigaraki is now fully healed.

On the other hand, we see Deku full of anger and Todoroki making his way to fight by skating on his ice.

Bakugo and Rock Lock try to warn Deku to back off, but he refuses.

Before the fight can begin, we see a giant cut appearing out of nowhere on Shigaraki’s chest. This is explained as Shigaraki not being fully complete yet.

In his fight against Endeavor and the others, Shigaraki pushed himself past his limits and now his body is finding it hard to hold together.

We then see a flashback of Mirko right as she is about to destroy Shigaraki’s container, with the focus on the completion level – 75%.

The scene shifts back to the fight where Shigaraki tries to use his Decay quirk again, but is stopped by Deku’s Blackwhip.

Shigaraki powers through it, which forces Deku to grab everyone (using Blackwhip) and jump as high as he can.

In a surprising turn of events, Deku doesn’t fall back down but continues floating!! Looks like he has unlocked yet another quirk — Nana Shimura’s Float!!
