Chapter 349 of My Hero Academia starts with Midoriya leaving Froppy and Uraraka to deal with Himiko’s drama. It worked out in their favor anyway because otherwise, Midoriya would have come to know her feelings. Froppy did her wing-woman job right.

The raw scans of Chapter 350 have been leaked. It unfolds the events Toya went through and changes him into Dabi. At Sekoto Peak, where he was supposed to have died; he is actually rescued by All For One. When he wakes up, he finds himself at a facility where the co-inmates tell him that he was asleep for three years.
A doctor with a sunflower face appears and tells Toya that they are his new family. Moreover, they want to recruit him and probably restore him so that he can reuse his quirk to its ultimate potential. Toya denies it and wants to go back home. Instead, he burns down the facility and escapes. Dabi tells that he did come home, only to see his father continue to train Shoto the same way. Sometime later, he is seen praying at a shrine, acknowledging Toya’s death and his birth.
At present, Dabi tells Shoto that he will destroy everything important to Endeavor. Shoto replies that he won’t let him do that and both charge at each other with Flashfire Fist.

Froppy is the real deal, you guys, and so underrated. She protected a friend from some real embarrassment in one clean move.
We still don’t know what the second OFA user’s meta ability consists of. From the second user and Midoriya’s conversation, it does look like using it’ll be a tough decision to make for Midoriya, even if he can pull it off somehow. I hope we get to see it in action.
Dabi has set fire to everything, and now his skin and flesh are peeling off his skeleton. Not that Endeavour would care. It does not look like he’s going to live. I hope he reveals something dark about their father, so that Todoroki can never go back to accepting Endeavour.

As Midoriya flies across the ocean’s surface, he thinks about how he could get to Shigaraki faster. He’s using both the seventh OFA hero’s “Float” and the third’s Fa Jin.
Midoriya wants to use “Faux 100 percent”, but it won’t be fast enough. The “ghost” of the second OFA user appears to him and asks him to think straight. The second user says Midoriya’s gears won’t last if he uses OFA at 100%. That way, he’ll end up injured before he reaches the fight.
The second user asks Midoriya if he tried to use his “meta ability,” and Midoriya says yes. The second user tells him that it’s dangerous. That quirk should only be used as a last resort. The second user tells him to have faith in his friends and that he should focus on the battle.
Froppy says she’s glad Midoriya made it out since he could not have ignored Himiko for long. She can’t stand the thought of Urararaka’s secret being revealed like that. Himiko says she loves all of them, but she is done.
Himiko is ready to be who she is and live life the way she feels is right. She says she’s got no use for heroes, so they should prepare to say goodbye. Uraraka thinks she’ll live the life she wants, as Ochaco Uraraka.
At ground zero, the heroes experience complete chaos. Dabi has set fire to everything, and there’s a Nomu on fire. Iida calls for Todoroki because he can’t get any closer to the fire. Endeavor’s sidekicks are helping out as well.
Dabi is frustrated that his father won’t give him any more interactions. Dabi congratulates Todoroki on being the perfect pawn for their father, and Todoroki says he never ignored Dabi, so that is not true.
Looking at the war, Dabi says the dissatisfied people resulting from the limitations of their super-powered society is what is behind this battle. Todoroki asks why Dabi won’t come home. Dabi thinks he’ll be happy to tell him the story of how he became Dabi and how he survived.
