Naki refuses to run away with the Hi Shin unit to join Kanki in chapter 749 of Kingdom titled “Family.”

The battle is almost over, as the Kanki army is now on the verge of death and have no place to escape. They all are just one command away from leaving this world. However, Riboku has something else on his mind. 

Naki provided the shocking twist in this chapter as he was not ready to escape leaving Kanki. He realized something at the very last moment and has now headed to join Kanki in his death.

Riboku will chit chat with Kanki in chapter 750 of Kingdom. I am extremely hyped about the next chapter because there are chances that Naki clan will manage to reach Kanki, divergting everyone’s attention and giving Kanki enough time to either escape or kill Riboku. 

With Shin leaving the battledfield, we can finally say that the war has concluded, and all that remains is Kanki’s death. This war had some insane twists, and I think the author has some more twists up his sleeve even now. 

I really can’t wait for the next chapter, but unfortunately, I have to.

The Hi Shin unit starts retreating from all sides. Shin wants to go to the rear, but Sosui tells him to lead the front and leave the rear to Kyou Kai and Sosui, which will help them save as many as possible. 

They all distribute themselves, but suddenly, Naki comes to a halt and stops running. Everyone is shocked as Naki refuses to leave the battlefield. He tells them that he is heading back to where Kanki is. Shin gets furious at Naki.

The unit gets panicky as they all try to convince Naki to go with them. They yell at him as going back to Kanki is a sucide mission. He is doing this because he has realized that the unit is his ‘nakama’ and Kanki is his ‘family.’ 

To him, Kanki is the most amazing man who can make them tremble. Maron tells Shin not to argue with Naki anymore as being a soldier himself. He must understand Naki’s feelings.

The Naki clan separates themselves from the Hi Shin unit and head for Kanki. Shin gives Sosui the permission to give Naki momentarily cover. Gakuka army also escape, but they go the oppsite direction to distract the Zhao army.

Koku’Ou confronts Kanki one last time, asking him why he didn’t accept her as his woman. Kanki agreed that they sometimes slept together, but she couldn’t be his women. However, she is a part of Kanki’s family. 

Kanki’s army gets completely surrounded and just moments away from getting killed. Jyoukaryuu orders his men to kill each of Kanki’s soldiers on his command. Riboku stops him, saying he wants to have one last conversation with Kanki.
