The revival of the 70s American TV soap is a prequel of sorts to  Perry Mason’s character. The 8-episode first season follows a single crime but manages to construct a dense web of dangerous and witty plotline.

No wonder the series has already been renewed for a second season. The producers were thrilled to come back with another season after the huge success of the first.

The official Twitter account of the series said: “Justice never rests. Perry Mason has been renewed for Season 2.”

When is Perry Mason season 2 coming out?

While the series may have been renewed for a second season, fans could use some buckling up for the time being. Especially since there has been no announcement made for the release of the upcoming season.

As expected, the release will entirely depend on how soon the cast and crew can get back to work which has been paused due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.
