Kin

Homunculus is a well-received manga as it had over 4 million copies in circulation in September 2020. It is based on the concept of Trepanation. Trepanation is a procedure through which a hole is drilled in the human skull to initiate ESP perception or awaken the sixth sense.

However, many don’t find any changes even after the surgery. The ones who do report unusual perceptions sometimes lose their minds. How will our pathological liar of a protagonist handle the situation?
