Season 2 of Bunny Girl Senpai will continue adapting the light novel volume 8 onwards. The story would improve Sakuta and Kaede’s sibling bond as Kaede finally overcomes her Puberty Syndrome.

Their mother, who was previously absent from their lives, would also return after Kaede regains her memory.

A younger version of Mai will appear, too, perhaps due to another Puberty Syndrome. Sakuta would travel to parallel timelines with young Mai to resolve his internal issues.

There is still a lot to unpack as the story of Sakuta and Mai isn’t over yet.
