As Attack on Titan Season 4 slowly inches towards its final episode, there’s only one concern hovering over fans’ minds. What’s next? Season 4 was promoted as the “Final Season” of AOT, but clearly, the story is nowhere near the end. The anime has still not adapted the entire manga yet, and certainly, the colossal anime in question shouldn’t end without a proper ending.
Attack on Titan tells the story of a world infested with titans, massive, lumbering humanoid monsters that appeared suddenly one day and devoured most of the world’s population. This caused the remains of humanity to take refuge behind the giant walls of the capital city.

1. Is Season 5 Possible?
Season 5 of Attack on Titan is extremely unlikely to happen, especially since Season 4 was heavily implied as the Final Season.
However, MAPPA confirmed that the final season will come back for a second part in Winter 2022.
2. Attack on Titan Movie
The story of Eren and his comrades is still not complete. Mangaka Hajime Isayama revealed that Attack on Titan manga will end its 11-year publication run with chapter 139 on April 9, 2021.
The worst-case scenario would be that the TV series would have a rushed, anime-only conclusion which would suck but, again, is next to impossible.
But within all the tense situations in the season, a short promo was released announcing the continuation of the series in Winter 2022.
The video teased us with some moments from the previous seasons, Season 4 Part 1, and finally, we see a message announcing the confirmation of Episode 76 in Winter 2022.
AOT is a firmly established series and would have millions of fans going in theaters to catch their beloved series’ ending.

Attack on Titan is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama. Kodansha publishes it in the Bessatsu Shonen Magazine.
The manga began serialization on September 9th, 2009, and ended on April 9, 2021. It has been compiled into 34 volumes.
