Attack on Titan to Receive a Bonus Manga Chapter in April 2024

The journey of Attack on Titan has been a long one. While the manga concluded in 2021, the anime adaptation is set to conclude this November. While fans are sad to see their favorite anime end, a piece of new exciting news sent them into a frenzy.

Hajime Isayama, the mastermind behind the storyline, made a surprising announcement. He has given fans a new reason to rejoice with his latest creation, “Bad Boy.”

However, there seem to be a few theories about this new creation. Let’s find out more in detail about these rumors.

The news broke on October 2, 2023, revealing that Volume 35 of the Attack on Titan franchise, set for release on April 30, 2024, will feature an additional 18-page chapter and an art book.

Initially, rumors swirled that this new content might provide an alternate ending to the series. However, Isayama’s official statement clarified the nature of the surprise.

While most of the fans were not happy with the ending of this popular manga, Isayama isn’t going to provide an alternate ending to the story. Contrary to the rumors, “Bad Boy” isn’t an attempt to rewrite the end of Attack on Titan.

Instead, Bad Boy will be a bonus manga chapter featuring the same universe but with fresh narratives and captivating characters. This manga will be published in Volume 35 along with the anticipated art book.

Isayama has also revealed that he will only be doing the outlines for all his color illustrations, and he is using the help of an expert illustrator to bring his vision to life in the art book.

The fans will receive the highest quality visuals, and we look forward to this new brainchild of Isayama.
