In the Stone World, Senku wants to rebuild civilization and establish a Kingdom of Science with his allies’ help.
However, including Tsukasa, who turned enemy, Senku has many challenges to face before can rebuild the world as it was before.
Will he be able to fulfill his goal? Or will death await him?
1. Will Senku die?
Senku Ishigami is the main protagonist of Dr. Stone. He was de-petrified half a year before Taiju was and eventually created the Stone Formula with his help.
Senku is a genius with a comprehensive knowledge of all things scientific. Senku can easily create various useful tools and gadgets, medicine, and, most notably, the de-petrification elixir, despite the limited materials of the Stone World.
In the Stone World, Senku wants to rebuild civilization and establish a Kingdom of Science. Before he can do so, not even death can stop Senku. This is proved when he survives even after being killed by Tsukasa.
It is highly likely that Senku will not die, as the series will lose all meaning without him.
2. Has Senku already died?
After being de-petrified, Senku started to work towards his dream of rebuilding civilization with the help of Taiju. Later, due to the stone world’s dangers, they were forced to revive Tsukasa Shishio, a powerful martial artist, and rely on him.
However, because of their conflicting vision, Tsukasa killed Senku. In conclusion, Senku has already died once.
3. Who killed Senku? Why?
Senku possesses great resourcefulness and an analytical mind. For whatever he lacks, he has an ally who can offer their strength. However, an ally he revived ultimately caused his death.
Due to the dangers of the Stone world, Senku revived Tsukasa, who offered to protect and help Senku and Taiju hunt for food, using his skills as a prominent athlete.
It was later revealed that Tsukasa despised the former world and did not want to restore it or revive the older generation. His goal was to create a society without technological advancement, building an empire modeled on his views of humanity.
However, after realizing that Senku would not back down from further advancing science, Tsukasa killed him with a quick blow from his stone spear.
4. How did Senku come back to life?
While Senku did indeed die after Tsukasa killed him with a quick blow from his stone spear, he ultimately came back to life.
After being revived from petrification, any injuries the person may have had previously, including broken bones, are healed. Cracks that may have formed in the statue via weathering will also heal, leaving black scars in their place.
Since Senku’s neck was still petrified even after his death, the anti-petrification liquid healed his bone and ended up reviving him in the process.
