Episode 11 of ‘Undead Unluck’ is titled “Rio de Janeiro.” Andy’s next objective is to infiltrate the Black Auction with Tatiana and Fuuko.

Before sneaking into the auction, Andy and Fuuko browse for fancy outfits to blend in. Andy picks up a well-fitted suit that impresses Fuuko, aiming to make her fall in love. After picking outfits, Tatiana drops by to give them the mission details.

Andy and Fuuko quickly enter the auction using fake passes. The main event of the auction is the sale of a Negator.

Episode 12 of ‘Undead Unluck’ will be released on Friday, December 22, 2023. It is a weekly anime, and new episodes are released every Friday. You can watch ‘Undead Unluck’ anime on Hulu.

2. Episode 12 Speculation

Andy and Fuuko are prepared to fight the Negator Hunters head-on. Rip and Latla will likely kill all the security personnel and reach the Negator. Andy must find Unseen before Rip gets to him. Moreover, Unrepair hasn’t been found yet either.

It is most likely that Unseen is the one being sold at the auction. Unrepair was behind the kidnapping and is probably hiding somewhere in the ship. Andy must fight with the Negator Hunters to claim Unseen before them.

Latla’s ability has something to do with fate or destiny. This could be extremely powerful since Rip was able to avoid a surefire death. In this case, Andy will have an invincible enemy to fight.

Andy, Fuuko, and Tatiana reach Rio on their way to Unrepair and Unseen. Andy goes shopping in a mall and gets fitted for a fancy suit. Atop the Union’s private jet, Andy had told Fuuko about the Black Auction. The illegal meeting usually deals with Negators, UMAs, and Artifacts.

Juiz had located the auction and Unrepair in the same place. Andy and Fuuko need to disguise themselves to sneak in. Juiz asks Fuuko to fall in love with Andy to strengthen her power. After picking out a nice outfit, Fuuko and Andy walk along the shore.

Andy asks for a kiss like Victor got, but Fuuko declines. Andy warns Fuuko that Victor may come out again in the future, but she’s not worried. Tatiana drops in right on top of Andy and explains the plan. Andy and Fuuko enter the Black Auction in a suit and dress the following night.

Andy spots an open booth for them to sit at while eating. The people around are talking about a Negator being the main item. Moreover, Negators have been easier to find due to the language unification. However, the unification has also helped the Union grow its information network.

Fuuko is concerned about the fate of Negators. Most of them either die, join the Union or become captured and sold at auctions. Andy explains that a Negator must choose to accept their ability. However, Andy has an alternative path, which is killing God.

On the deck, a certain couple is caught by the mafia. In an instant, the Negator cuts both the guards’ necks. Latla hands Rip a suit as they meet up with the other negators. Tatiana had seen the entire incident and reported it to Juiz and Andy. Juiz identifies them as Negator Hunters who seek revenge on the world.

Undead Unluck is a manga series written and illustrated by Yoshifumi Tozuka. It has been serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump since January 2020. As of May 2023, it is collected into 16 volumes.

The story follows Fuuko Izumo who has the ability to bring bad luck to anyone she touches. Tormented by her ability, she decides to commit suicide but fate intervenes when she meets Andy, an undead person who wishes for the ‘best death.’ The pair joins the mysterious organization, Union, which consists of people like Fuuko and Andy, and go on missions given by a book called ‘Apocalypse.’
