TSUKIMICHI: Moonlit Fantasy PV Reveals Kakashi’s Voice Actor in The Cast!

Stripped of his title and banished from the land he was supposed to save, Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy- is not your regular isekai!

Makoto Misumi was called to save an alternate world but instead was exiled due to his not-so-simpworthy face! And even though he was called ugly by the Goddess, he is still the omnipotent protagonist.

And yes, he will save the world in the end as always.

The website for TSUKIMICHI -Moonlit Fantasy- dropped the new trailer for its upcoming anime premiering on July 7, 2021.

The trailer shows Makoto’s drop from the edge of the alternate world into exile by the Goddess. After that, there are glimpses of him in peril until Tomoe and Mio join him!

He is also shown sporting a rather funny-looking outfit as a hero, though it looks really cool once he starts wielding his power.

The second half of the trailer picks up, and the anime’s opening theme song starts playing in the background.

Tsukimichi is a very peculiar and interesting tale. It takes a hilarious twist on the generic isekai hero who’s popular for his looks.

Even though the protagonist is not conventionally good-looking, he is still one of the most powerful characters.

This particular aspect of the show helps break the toxic stereotype of how pretty or handsome characters are the only ones worthy of being the protagonist.

Do you think Makoto will be able to save the world? Will he be able to regain his honor? Let us know in the comments!

About TSUKIMICHI -Moonlit Fantasy-

Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy is a Japanese fantasy light novel series written by Kei Azumi and illustrated by Mitsuaki Matsumoto.

It began serialization online in 2012 on the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō. An anime television series premiered in July 2021.

The fantasy centers around Makoto Misumi, an ordinary high school boy summoned to an alternate world as a brave warrior. Unfortunately, the goddess of the world banished him to the outermost fringes of the wilderness.

While wandering the wilderness, Makoto encountered dragons, spiders, orcs, dwarves, and all sorts of other non-human species.

Due to differences in the environment from his home world, Makoto now exhibits extraordinary powers in magic and combat.

The curtain rises on the alternate-world social reform fantasy of a boy forsaken by gods and humans.
