Approximately one month after his grandfather informed him of Mikey’s critical condition, he received a phone call from his grandfather.
At the hospital, Mikey learns that Baji and Haruchiyo took the Concorde to play with it and that Mikey returned it because he didn’t want to borrow it from them. His head was slammed onto as he tripped from the stairs and lost consciousness as he fled to the second floor.
He eventually gives his diagnosis, which shows Mikey is still alive, just unconscious due to a vegetative state. A fit of rage causes Shinichiro to destroy the Concorde as he returns home, wondering if Mikey’s problem can be cured.
Shinichiro takes Mikey, now a middle schooler, for a walk four years after being in a wheelchair.

Tokyo Revengers is a manga written and illustrated by Ken Wakui. It began serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine on March 1, 2017, and ended its run in November 2022. It is compiled into 31 tankobon volumes.
