Second Season of Hilarious Anime ‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess’ Announced

‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess’ is one of the most hilarious ongoing fantasy series. This series focuses on a Princess whom the Hell King tortures; however, these torture methods aren’t severe but instead gag-worthy.

The first season of the anime debuted in January 2024 and it was a monumental success among the fans owing to its unique storyline and quirky characters. The second season of the anime has been announced.

The official website for the television anime of Robinson Haruhara and Hirakei’s ‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess’ announced on Tuesday that the anime will get a second season.

The PV shows the torture officers of the Demon King’s army approaching the captive princess, and the princess endures the gruesome “torture” with an expression of agony, protecting the kingdom’s secrets.

The newly arrived visual depicts the princess’s dignified back view facing the Demon King’s Castle, holding her partner’s holy sword, Ex.

The first season’s 12th and final episode aired on 26 March 2024. The series is cozy and has managed to somehow use the same gag in different ways a couple of times without boring its audience. This story is thrilling and, quite frankly, different from the generic anime. Here’s to the hope that the second season doesn’t let us down.
