The Saga of Tanya the Evil, questions not only humanity but our faith in God itself.
God is known as an all-forgiving entity, yet all of humanity fears the existence of an Almighty who will punish us. What if God were to be a vengeful creature?
Tanya is a nine-year-old girl born in a warring state.
She has memories of her past life and realizes that her only way to escape is to climb the ranks of the military as quickly as she can. She lets loose her ruthless side and makes sure that no one can get in her way.
It was revealed in the October issue of the Monthly Comp Ace magazine that The Saga of Tanya the Evil manga will begin its second part on 26th September.
The manga’s first part ended recently after being serialized for four years since 2016.
The manga’s first part corresponded to the first season of The Saga of Tanya the Evil anime. The anime adaptation’s first season ended in March 2017.
Although no official announcements have been made yet, the anime’s second season might be released in late 2020 or early 2021.
The manga has been adapted from the light novel series by the same name, written by Carlo Zen and illustrated by Shinobu Shinotsuki.
The series also received an anime film adaptation in February 2019 by studio NUT. Both the anime and the film are licensed by Crunchyroll for North America.
Expected plot of the Manga’s second part
Tanya’s atheism will be challenged in the next part as she will face a foe who has a strong faith in God. Mary Sioux had lost her family in a war, which was apparently the fault of Tanya.
A conflict between Mary and Tanya will be seen in the next part. Tanya facing God or the “Being X” itself.
