After confirming that the cause of the explosion was someone smoking inside the warehouse, Maomao forgot to hand in the pipe that was at the scene. However, unlike she suspected, the pipe does not seem to belong to a low-class worker.
The real identity of the owner of the pipe seems to be Master Lakan, as he was seen smoking with the pipe earlier. However, Maomao has yet to have a run-in with this man, so it is unlikely she will involve herself further.
Lady Loulan, the replacement for Lady Ah-Duo, is also hard to read and has not directly interacted with Maomao. Maomao seems to be curious about her but has not made a move to approach her yet.

Maomao spots Lihaku and finds out that he is investigating the explosion from last night. Maomao finally gives in to her curiosity and starts investigating herself.
Maomao figures something out and quickly conducts an experiment to confirm her suspicions. The real reason behind the explosion was someone smoking inside the warehouse.
Maomao accidentally brought the pipe with her, but it looked too precious to belong to just a warehouse worker.
