5. Chapter 106 Recap
TenSura’s most recent chapter, “Formal Audiences,” begins outside the home of the new Demon Lord, Rimuru. We see that there are several rabbitmen asking for jobs. They want the Demon Lord to accept them as his humble minions.
Later in the chapter, we find that one of the Rabbitmen intended to bring his daughter to the mansion as well, but she got caught up in the sights of the Demon Lord’s city, leading him to entirely lose track of her, but Himuru laughs at him and says that curiosity is a wonderful thing.
An unknown person comes to the festival too, greeting Rimuru, but Rimuru is unable to recognize who the man is and asks him to introduce himself. The unknown man turns out to be the chief of the lizardmen, and by Rimuru’s grace, he is now able to turn into a human.
Later, we see another monster group, the Gozu Tribe. They declare that they will stay by the side of the Rimuru, and if someone opposes him, they will show no mercy. Rimuru, on the other hand, has a different plan, as he wants them to be mid-bosses of his dungeon.
When everything is going alright, clayman people intrude on the festival, but Shinon easily defeats the three of them, and the chief of clayman tells them to train under Rimuru, but Rimuru appoints them under Shinon.
After everything is sorted, we see the representative of the elves telling Rimuru that the population of elves has been decreasing as their forest has been destroyed. Rimuru tells him that the elves can live on the 95th floor of his dungeon.
On the other hand, Tengu meets her father for the first time. As everything begins to settle, the chapter ends in a very light and cheerful mood.
