Heavenly Delusion’s sixth episode revealed a peculiar factor about Maru’s ability. While it was assumed his Maru-touch was a power that only harmed Man-Eaters, he discovered that it works on other humans too, or at least on a girl named Totori.

Episode 7 of Heavenly Delusion might give more explanation of Maru’s ability. Since it was observed that he could use his Maru-touch on Totori, it could either mean that his power can be used on humans as well or that Totori is a man-eater that can maintain her human form.
The next episode might also reveal why Tokio has strange dreams about Asura and provide more information on why Asura died by suicide. Tokio’s dream also involved her legs and hand becoming infected, which could hint at the facility involving man-eater parts with students’ bodies.

3. Episode 6 Recap
When Maru and Kiruko arrived in town on the map, they came upon a young woman named Totori who ran her hotel. She was about Maru’s age and offered the two a room to store their possessions while they explored the location, which had 100% safe drinking water.
Totori led the way, and after an examination, Maru and Kiruko discovered two injured men. That’s when a wild bear pursued them down. Kiruko utilized her Kiru-beam to knock out the bear with a construction pole that landed on it.
Maru was summoned to use his Maru-touch, which he renamed Fatal Dive, to kill the bear. He couldn’t pull it off, and the bear regained consciousness while in point-blank range. Maru and Kiruko then discovered an elevated location and climbed there to escape the bear.
Kiruko wanted to warm up the battery, so she removed it from her Kiru-beam. However, she dropped it by accident. Maru didn’t want to climb down to fetch the batteries because the bear was nearby.
Kiruko told him he would get permission to touch her chest if Maru went down to get the batteries. Knowing Maru’s hidden objectives and emotions for Kiruko, he jumped and scooped up without hesitation. He barely escaped the bear that was waiting nearby.
Kiruko devised a strategy to kill the bear. When she leaped, Maru was told to jump down and catch her. He was advised to flee while acting as a cushion. Kiruko shot two bullets into the bear’s head with pinpoint accuracy, killing it instantly.
Maru quickly reminded Kiruko of her deal with him. For obvious reasons, she refused to comply. Totori stepped in just in time to save Kiruko from Maru. She led him to his room and offered to perform sexual activities for money.
She undressed and put Maru’s hand on her chest. When he could use his Maru-touch on Totori, who was a human being, Maru’s anxiousness and joy turned to terror.
He beckoned Kiruko into his room, and she was astonished to see Maru with Totori, who was completely naked, in his chamber. The two apologized right away, which Totori didn’t mind because she was the one who had started it.
Tokio was told to relax in a room. She was astonished when she saw Asura floating in the air. Tokio then discovered her legs and hands started to become infected. However, she soon awoke and realized it had all been a dream. The doctor in the facility gave Tokio a suspicious glance.
Maru and Kiruko realize that the water rumor was a trap the town’s residents laid. Iwata, one of the injured and village chiefs, was saved by the two. Totori proclaimed her desire to be the Hotel King. However, she was pretty sad the following day since Iwata had died from his injuries.

Heavenly Delusion is a manga series by Masakazu Ishiguro. It was launched in Kodansha’s Afternoon magazine in January 2018. Studio Production I.G. has confirmed its anime adaptation.
The series shows a school where kids are raised by robots and are walled in from what they think is “hell.” The outside world has gone though a calamity and has super-natural beings.
