Spy x Family Episode 16, Release Date, Speculation, Watch Online

The dog joins the family and gets a name in episode 15 of Spy x Family, titled “A New Family Member.”

The dog will now be known as Bond. Quite an interesting name. It was a heartfelt episode. There were a lot of subtle moments that were heart-touching and emotional.

The pain Bond has gone through in his life is something that could tear anyone up. It felt very nice to see him finally happy and safe. Let’s see what fun this new family member brings to the table.

Episode 16 Speculations

Yor will meet her brother in episode 16 of Spy x Family, “Yor’s Kitchen/The Informant’s Great Romance Plan.”

It’s going to be a Yor episode this time. Seeing the preview, it looks like Yor will be the sole focus of the next episode. Well, having a Yor episode after a long time is interesting.

Her police officer brother is back, and this is the first time we will see him after the start of the second cour. We have seen him already but just for a few seconds. He will start talking in this episode, and I think it will just be some trouble for Loid.

Episode 15 Recap

The dog attacks Loid, but Loid grabs hold of the bomb and throws it into the water. The dog bites him, but Loid shuts him in a dumpster. The terrorist runs away in his car.

Yor is running around to find Anya, but she can’t find her anywhere. She notices the running terrorist inside the car and jumps right on the road to stop him. She kicks his car, causing him to crash into a pole.

She calls the police on him and leaves to search for Anya. The case is solved, and Loid leaves for home. Yor and Loid meet on the road, and Anya and the white dog join them.

Yor tells Loid the whole story. Loid recognizes the dog was also a part of Project Apple. The handler shows up in the get-up of police and asks to take away the dog, but Anya refuses.

Loid tries to convince her, but she blackmails him by saying that she will stop going to school if the dog doesn’t go with them. The handler lets her have him. She tells Loid that she is a nice kid remembering the time when she herself had a daughter.

They take the dog for some check-ups. The next day, they deliver him to their home. While the family is thinking about his name, he starts getting flashbacks of the time he was experimented on. It makes him emotional.

Anya wants to get a star for her work, but Loid tells her that she will be out of school if this gets out to the police. Anya imagines what will happen when she tells Damian about it. He will invite her to his house, and she will save the world again.

She tells Becky about it, and she gets excited to see Becky’s reaction to it. Anya rushes out to tell Damian. Damian is not surprised at all. However, he thinks he is rude, so he asks her the dog’s name, but she can’t reply, leaving Damian unimpressed.

Back home, the dog is happy to see Anya back. They decide to go out for a walk. They go to the dog park, where Anya plays with the dog a lot, while Loid thinks about how futile these peaceful times are.

When they are about to go home, Anya’s gloves go missing. The dog finds them in the mouth of another dog. He scares away that dog and takes the gloves from him.

Seeing his heroic deed, Anya names him Bond, inspired by her favorite detective, Bondman. She trains him how to do things in the house and enjoys her time.

When Loid comes out of his shower to teach Anya, he finds her asleep with Bond. He lets her off the study for the day.

Spy × Family is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Tatsuya Endo in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump.

The story follows a spy who has to “build a family” to execute a mission, not realizing that the girl he adopts as a daughter and the woman he agrees to be in a fake marriage with are a mind reader and an assassin respectively.
