The chapter starts by showing us Yor walking around disappointed thinking that Midnight and Loid are having an affair. This concerns Loid, so he asks a co-worker to watch after Anya while he takes Yor out on a romantic date.
There, he tries to convince Yor that nothing is going on between him and Midnight. However, Yor drinks too much out of nervousness and her actions tip Loid off about her true feelings.
Loid also feels the same way, so he tries to confront her, but is kicked in the chin by Yor (who is too drunk to control her embarrassment).
This kick makes Loid unsure about his previous deduction. So, without confessing their feelings for each other, they get a hint of how the other feels.
The chapter ends with a wholesome sequence of events where the duo agrees to look after Anya the best as they can, while following their “roles” as husband and wife.

Spy × Family is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Tatsuya Endo in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump.
The story follows a spy who has to “build a family” to execute a mission, not realizing that the girl he adopts as a daughter and the woman he agrees to be in a fake marriage with are a mind reader and an assassin respectively.
