2. Episode 7 Speculation

Sung has evolved yet again after the drastic turn this mission took. After defeating a C-Rank boss by himself, Sung has gained a lot of experience points and new abilities. This will help Sung gain some money to pay for his mother’s hospital treatment.

Moreover, Sung has also discovered the dark side of the Hunter Association. The news of Dongsuk will likely reach the news and Sung may face some consequences. The Hunter Association assumes that Jinho was the one who defeated the boss, putting him in the limelight.

Dongsuk has influential contacts who may go after Jinho next. Sung must protect Jinho and may even recruit him as a party member. The new Skill ‘Murderous Intent’ makes Sung stronger in fights against hunters, making him a dangerous enemy.

3. Recap of Episode 6

Dongsuk and his team leave the gate, assuming that Yoo and Sung will die soon. After waiting for the Spider to sleep, Dongsuk plans to harvest the mana crystals and take Jinho’s expensive armor. Sung feels strong enough to take on a C-Rank boss despite only facing up to D-Rank bosses.

Sung evades the Spider’s attacks while trying to find a weakness in its armor. Jinho assumes Sung might be a false ranker who purposely reduced his magic power to get a lower ranking. Sung uses his new skill, Dash, to close the distance between him and the boss.

However, the Spider’s exoskeleton is nearly indestructible. After being hit by the Spider’s leg, Sung uses Full Recovery and catches the Spider off guard. Sung stabs the Spider’s eye multiple times with a dagger infused with Drain and Paralysis. Jinho is extremely scared of Sung and tries to act helpful so that Sung doesn’t kill him.

Dongsuk and the team arrive at the dungeon to find Sung and Jinho alive. Meanwhile, the Chairman and Jinchul spar at the dojo to improve their physical ability. Dongsuk tells Jinho to kill Sung and join his side if he wants to live. However, Jinho chooses to side with Sung instead.

As Dongsuk and the team menacingly walk toward the two, Sung receives an urgent quest. Sung gets hit with an unexpected attack and thrown into the wall. Regardless, Sung gets back up and steels himself to kill a person for the first time. Juntae is the unlucky first that Sung kills with a single stab.

In a split second, Sung dashes around the battlefield and kills the entirety of Dongsuk’s team. Dongsuk uses his skill Reinforcement to strengthen his body, but it’s no use against Sung. Sung kills them all, and the dungeon begins shutting down. After giving the raid report, Sung notices a new skill, “Murderous Intent.”
