Scarlet Nexus Episode 24: Release Date, Speculation, Watch Online

Episode 23 of the anime Scarlet Nexus starts with Yuito being taken to the hospital while “others” wreak havoc on the city.

Kaito Sumeragi is reinstated as chief and takes over command of OSF forces once again. The situation comes under control as the spawn rates get under control.

Yuito opens his family’s mausoleum only to find traps of memories inside, waiting for them. Will they find what they’re looking for?

Episode 24 Speculations

Fans are happy with how accurately the anime has adapted the last dungeon of the game. Except, of course, there aren’t hordes of unending enemies coming their way.

Out of nowhere, Kasane hits Yuito with the”I thought you were useless when I first met you,” and we all know that is how a tsundere girl romance starts. Poor Hanami.

The theory that Karen is Yakumo has been proven right. Getting Yuito to come and bust him out of the mausoleum might have been part of his plan all along.

Episode 24 of the Scarlet Nexus anime has been released on Thursday, Dec 09, 2021. The episode title or preview has not been shown.

This anime runs on a weekly schedule. New episode releases are seven days apart.

Episode 23 Recap

Yuito is taken in an ambulance, too weak to be teleported. The extinction belt has come a lot closer, and the “others” keep raining down from the sky.

Their spawning rate has increased, and there aren’t enough OSF personnel to keep up. The gates to the shelters are malfunctioning, leaving soldiers and citizens open to harm.

In this time of chaos, Fubuki informs Kaito that he has been reinstated as chief to bring the situation under control.

Kasane visits Yuito, who is so weak that he can’t even lift a can with his psionic power. No matter their health, Yuito and his group assemble in front of his family’s mausoleum for their mission.

As soon as the doors open, they are greeted by a vision of the”others” in the OSF HQ coming to get them. Luka goes after someone that looks like his brother, and they’re again teleported to where Naomi was being held in her “other” form.

The scene before them keeps changing, and they’re assaulted by visions of memories they’d rather not have. The later visions all seem to be related to Karen.

Outside, the”others” start raining down again with a spawn rate increase. Fubuki tries his best to handle the situation.

As the visions end, a black wave sweeps over them, and they are teleported to where the Yakumo Sumeragi grave is supposed to be.

As the casket opens, the body inside gets up and out and opens his mask. The man is revealed to be Karen.

Scarlet Nexus is an upcoming action role-playing game and anime developed and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The anime series adaptation will be produced by Sunrise and licensed by Funimation outside of Asia. It will premiere on July 1, 2021.
