Episode 12 of Sasaki and Miyano, titled “Tomorrow,” is the latest installment of the anime.
After Miyano finally confessed his feelings to Sasaki, season 1 came to a satisfying end. The confession was followed by a sweet kiss as the two boys started their first relationship.
Despite being incredibly nervous, Miyano told Sasaki how much he liked him, hoping that his feelings would be reciprocated.
After the confession, Sasaki was over the moon, as all his patience finally paid off. Their friends were extremely supportive of their love and didn’t judge them for being a gay couple.
This anime presented a really refreshing take on the BL genre, and even though the first season has ended, the story will continue since more installations are on their way.
Episode 13 Speculation
Episode 13 will be released if we get season 2 of Sasaki and Miyano. Although there is a confirmation that the manga will continue its anime adaptation, we’re not sure whether it will be in the form of another season or a movie.
Regardless of the medium, the story will get more romantic from now on. Manga fans are eagerly waiting for the famous chapter 36 to get animated, and we will most likely see the chapter come to life in the next installation of the anime.

Episode 12 Recap
Sasaki walks away as Miyano gets called by a junior for some work in the discipline committee. Miyano rushes to the room and quickly excuses himself, saying he’d look into whatever’s necessary later. The new president jokes about how Miyano is already breaking the rules and running in the hallway.
Miyano looks around for Sasaki when he reaches the entrance of the school building. To his dismay, Sasaki is nowhere to be found.
He is then greeted by Hanzawa and Hirano, who asks him if everything is okay. Miyano tells them that he’s looking for Sasaki, and they quickly conclude that he has already left.
Miyano then remembers that Kuresawa knew about Sasaki’s family’s bakery and decides to meet him there.
After he leaves, Hirano calls Sasaki and leaves him a voice note saying that he left something at school. Hanzawa asks him if that’s true, and Hirano replies that he lied just so Sasaki would run into Miyano on his way back.
Miyano nervously gets onboard the train to Sasaki’s place, impatient to meet him. Meanwhile, Sasaki is disappointed because he almost forced himself on Miyano. He feels ashamed that he tried to kiss him when they weren’t even dating.
He then checks his phone and receives the voicemail left by Hirano. Thinking that it might be important, Sasaki leaves for school again but stumbles into Miyano on the way. Miyano blushes and asks him if they could talk in private, and Sasaki agrees.
Before he could say anything, Sasaki apologizes to Miyano for forcing himself on him. Seeing how hurt Sasaki felt, Miyano confesses his feelings and tells him that it is alright. Sasaki engulfs Miyano in an embrace, and the two share an awkward yet sweet kiss.
The next day both the boys inform their friends about coming into a relationship and receive nothing but well wishes. As the episode ends, Sasaki and Miyano happily walk in the hallway, excited about their new relationship.
