The final fight between the Sailor Guardians and Sailor Galaxia has already begun. Humanity stands on the brink of death as Sailor Galaxia and her Shadow Galactica take away their Star Seeds. Now that the Sailor Starlights are aiding Usagi, they might be able to stop them.
‘Sailor Moon Cosmos: Part 1’ released on June 9, kicking off the ‘Shadow Galactica’ arc of the ‘Sailor Moon’ series. To make things nostalgic, the staff has released something that will make the upcoming farewell worth remembering.
The official website for the two-part film ‘Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos’ released a creditless opening title sequence for the film. The video features a new version of the song “Moonlight Densetsu” (Moonlight Legend), which was also the first opening song for the 1992 anime series. The second part will premiere on June 30.
The video shows all the Sailor Guardians, Usagi (Sailor Moon), and her four teammates, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, Sailor Jupiter, and Sailor Venus. The Guardians of the Outer Planets are also shown along with Tuxedo Mask, Chibiusa, Sailor Starlights, Artemis, and Luna.
Apart from the main cast that is returning from the 2014 anime and ‘Sailor Moon Eternal’ movies, here are the additional cast members featured in the final installment of the series:

‘Sailor Moon Crystal’ did a pretty nice job of rebooting the classic series and making it more compact and loyal to the manga. The final part will arrive in ten days and it will surely have a successful run.
About Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos: Part 2
Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos is a two-part anime film based on the Sailor Moon manga by Naoko Takeuchi. It follows the reboot Sailor Moon Crystal and covers the series’ final story arc called Stars or Shadow Galactica.
In this arc, the Sailor Guardians meet up with Sailor Starlights and learn that Shadow Galactica, an organization led by Sailor Galaxia plans to increase her powers and rule the Milky Way.
