Episode 11 Recap
Fran, Bart, and Victor are played with by the Trickster Spider, which has a female upper body, by setting off booby traps. While Amanda goes on her own, the group splits up to search for them. With few alternatives, Shishou tells Amanda he can move and speak, and he also summons an Onyx Wolf as a familiar to try to locate Fran.
Due to too much mana, Amanda declares that Familiars must be named as the wolf goes berserk. It calms down as the Shishou calls it Urushi, grows into a much larger Darkness Wolf, and then follows Fran’s smell. Poison darts render Fran, Bart, and Victor helpless, and the Trickster Spider sends her spiderlings to eat them.
Fran visualizes herself as a helpless enslaved person once more, but a vision of Shishou motivates her to get up and defend herself with her bare hands. After hitting the Trickster Spider until it flees, Shishou, Urushi, and Amanda arrive and heal Fran.
Urushi makes Fran happy, and they reveal Shishou’s secrets to Amanda, who is astounded. When they arrive at the rendezvous location, no one else is there, so they heal Bart and Victor, who had passed out and are unaware of Shishou.
They hear her cry as the Trickster Spider tends to her wounds, and they suddenly see a gigantic white owl appear in a flash of light.
About Reincarnated as a Sword
Also known as TenKen, it is a Japanese light novel series written by Yuu Tanaka and illustrated by Llo. It started as a web novel on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in October 2015.
The plot revolves around a person who finds himself in another world reincarnated as a sword after dying in the human world. He has no recollection of his name but weirdly remembers everything else from his life as a human. Accepting his fate, he looks for someone who can own him.
