With the addition of Redo of Healer, Winter 2021 seems to be an amazing season for isekai anime with many exciting titles popping up.
The anime has a lot to unpack, including a possibly unique storyline, loveable characters and loads of fan service. The anime has been confirmed to release in January 2020.
Keare plays the role of a healer in the world of Redo of Healer. He is often seen as a use-and-throw kind of a person where people take advantage of his healing powers but look down upon him for not being strong enough to fight alone.
One day, Keare discovers the ultimate potential of healing magic, making him sure that healers are the top rank of magicians. However, before he could act upon it, everything is taken away from him. In a moment of desperation, Keare ‘heals’ the whole world and turns it back to the way it was 4 years ago.

1. Release Date
Redo of Healer will release on January 13, 2021. The series will run for the duration of 12 episodes. The production is done by TNK Studios under the direction of Takuya Asaoka. The anime is adapted from the light novel of the same name.

2. Visuals & Trailers
2 visuals have been lifted for the anime showing various characters, including the protagonists, Kaeru, Flare Arlgrande and Setsuna.
Two promotional videos have also been released, introducing the viewers to various characters and the plot of Redo of Healer.
PV 1 starts off with a bizarre sequence of Kaeru, screaming desperately for drugs. The trailer then transitions to the main cast. A display of their names and ranks appear as each character states their motives and goals. Kaeru then yells about purifying “it” and then the scene changes to snippets of anime throughout the series.
PV 2 gives us a glimpse of Kaeru’s past life. His journey of becoming a healer is also shown. It then shows us how he gets transformed as a person, completely different from his past self.
3. About Redo of Healer
Redo of Healer is a light novel series written by Tsukiyo Rui and illustrated by Shiokonbu. It began serialization in July 2017 by Kadokawa Shoten.
Keyaru is a healer who is mistreated and exploited by the people around him.
He realized the true potential of healing magic a bit too late and ‘heals’ the world to four years back to redo his life. He gets the philosopher’s stone and defeats the demon king by himself.
