The fight between Gojo and Mahoraga is still on even footing, as the legendary curse has already adapted to Untouchable. Using the Reverse Cursed Technique, Gojo can heal his wounds and keep fighting. Shoko notices that his regeneration is getting slower since the cursed energy output is decreasing.
She says it’s the same for Sukuna, but the mere prospect of Gojo losing appears in everyone’s mind for the first time. Even Satoru hasn’t doubted his victory in a long time and is surprised at himself. Only Toji could make him feel this way, but this only pumps him up further.

I. Gojo and Sukuna’s battle
Gojo’s Black Flash appears to completely incapacitate Sukuna, leaving Mahoraga to operate on its own. This begs the question of whether Sukuna can or will return to this combat while Gojo is engaged in battle with the Shikigami. There might be a clash between Sukuna and Megumi in the inner Domain.
