Kaido gets drunk in episode 1065, titled “Drunken Dragon Bagua! The Lawless Dragon Closing in on Luffy.”

It was a hilarious episode. Once Kaido got drunk, it was nothing but sheer entertainment. The way he lamented about everything going wrong with him and how he wanted to destroy everything was just pure comedy. 

The episode’s main focus was the ultimate battle between the two. However, we did get some interesting developments at other places as well. The elders were seen discussing a forbidden devil fruit while Zunesha showed up at Wano.

1. Episode 1065 Speculations

Law and Kid will try to stand up against Big Mom in episode 1065, titled “The Destruction of the Alliance?! Fire Up, the Will of the New Generation!.”

The next episode will focus on a lot of events simultaneously. It is getting hard for Kid and Law to defeat Big Mom. Only a new attack or technique will work against her.

We do see a lot of other characters in the preview. I am excited to see what new trick or method will Law and Kid use against Big Mom.

3. Episode 1064 Recap 

Luffy and Kaido continue their fierce fight while Momonosuke tries to stop Onigashima from colliding with the Flower Captial. At the capital, people enjoy the festival as it is slowly nearing its end. 

Toko goes to the place where people are writing their wishes on skyships. She asks Hitetsu what she can write on the ship. He tells her that she can write anything, and their ancestors will make it come true. 

She writes, “I wanna see you, Dad,” leaving Hitetsu emotional. Kaido brings in some booze and starts drinking. Luffy objects as it is not a joke.

Kaido tells him that it is the fire festival, and he, too, used to have a huge banquet in Onighashima. He starts crying because he can’t have that now. Luffy asks him if he is drunk, to which he denies. 

However, he does get drunk. Luffy sees this as a chance and launches an attack on him. However, Kaido easily dodges it and launches a very heavy blow at Luffy. 

Luffy gets his guard down and gets hit so hard that he almost faints. Kaido is half-crying and half-happy about his castle getting destroyed. He transforms into his dragon form between all that sorrow. 

Luffy stands up again and begins to attack. Kaido is deep in his sorrow and cries over how things have been unfair for him recently, and it is all because of Luffy. 

Luffy tries to stay focused and attack Kaido, but it seems like he has got stronger after getting drunk. Nothing works against him, and Luffy keeps on getting pushed back.

Their haki clash, and Luffy manages to land a good punch into Kaido’s stomach. The narrative shifts to Sacred Marijoa, where the five elders discuss how many incidents have happened that year. 

They want to get hold of Nico Robin and will have to find a way to get rid of a certain devil fruit that hasn’t awakened in centuries. Some world government ships approach Wano when they see Zunesha behind them, leaving the elders utterly shocked.
