One Piece Episode 1061: Release Date, Speculation, Watch Online

Zoro gets back up again in episode 1061, titled “The Secret of Enma! The Cursed Sword Entrusted to Zoro.”

Zoro was the one and only focus of this episode, and it didn’t disappoint. He is one hell of an enjoyable character, and I loved seeing him realize his worth and get back up. 

Nothing major other than Zoro’s return happened in this episode. We got to see a little bit of Momonosuke’s attempt to change the direction of the island and the fight between Apoo, Drake, and CP-0.

1. Episode 1061 Speculations

Sanji will continue his long battle against Queen in episode 1061, titled “The Strike of an Ifrit! Sanji Vs. Queen.”

Now it is time to move towards Sanji and see an entire episode focused on him. Not that I am complaining, though. His fight against Queen has been going on for a long time and doesn’t seem to have reached anywhere. 

I really hope Sanji manages to give Queen some major damage. The fight is getting repetitive. We can expect something new next time as Sanji is reminded of Germa while fighting Queen. Those women whom Sanji met previously will also try to help our chief. 

2. Episode 1061 Release Date

Episode 1061 of One Piece will be released on Saturday, May 6, 2023. It is a weekly anime, and a new episode is released every Saturday.

3. Episode 1060 Recap 

Zoro gets badly injured by King’s attack. He still continues to fight on. While fighting, he wonders about Enma. How a sword from Wano ended up at East Blue?

He is reminded of an old man who always used to sit at the coast. During his training when he was small, he used to train beside him. The old man used to guide him during his training. 

The old man tells Zoro about the greatest sword he has ever built. He named the sword after the great king of hell. Zoro finally solves the mystery behind the man and the sword.

Momonosuke continues his efforts to create clouds. However, he suddenly realizes that he can hold Kaido’s clouds. He decides to move the island away from the capital. 

CP-0 continues their fight with Apoo and Drake and gets surrounded by Apoo’s subordinates. Zoro realizes that the old man back then was from Wano, and his name was Shimotsuki Kozaburo. 

Kuina was his granddaughter. We get back to a flashback where Kuina defeats Zoro 2001st time. Still, she is sad that she won’t be able to become the greatest sword man because she is a woman. 

Zoro tells her not to cry about something like that and makes her promise him that someday one of them will be the world’s greatest swordsman. The next day, she dies.

He realizes the true worth of his sword and gets back up again. He begins channelizing his Haki. King asks him whether he wants to be a king, and Zoro tells him that he has made a promise to his best friend and captain.
