Rudeus Greyrat will begin his journey once again to find his mother Zenith. He is not alone as Roxy, Sylphiette, and Eris would also eventually join him. Roxy knows Zenith’s location, Sylphiette finds new allies, and Eris trains herself to protect Rudeus.
‘Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation’ will return this summer with new adventures and encounters with old friends and new foes.
On Friday, the official website for ‘Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation’ released a new trailer and visual. The trailer also reveals the opening and the ending theme songs for the second season, which is revealed to air on July 3. Crunchyroll will simulcast the series.
In the video, we can see a somewhat sad Rudeus, which could be because Eris left without telling him. The video highlights new characters whom Sylviette asks to recruit Rudeus.
In the background, the opening song “spiral” by LONGMAN and the ending song “Musubime” (Knot) by Yuiko Ōhara are featured.

The trailer gives a little hope that Zenith is alive, but nothing more than that. If you are wondering if Roxy and Rudeus will meet again, so am I. We can’t forget Orsted either, who defeated Rudeus easily, giving him and Eris a reason to become stronger.

“Jobless Reincarnation: I Will Seriously Try If I Go To Another World” is an isekai light novel series that was initially published on Shosetsuka ni Naro since November 2012 before Media Factory started publishing under its MF’s Book Imprint in January 2014.
The light novel series wreaked havoc, and it was a success; soon after, i.e., in May 2014, Media Factory started serialization in its magazine ‘Monthly Comic Flapper’. Many spin-off manga have been launched that connect with the same universe.
After more than half a decade, the light novel series was adapted into an anime television series by Studio Bind in 2021.
