Jason Momoa goes total psycho as Dante, the new bad guy who wants to make Dominic Toretto pay for his sins in Fast X.
The latest sneak peek of the epic finale of the Fast & Furious saga reveals how intense and brutal the showdown between Dante and Dom’s crew will be.
Louis Leterrier directs the movie which will tie in with the plot of Fast Five from 2011.
The Fast Saga Twitter account has released a new teaser for Fast X before its release next month, showing just how barbaric and bloodthirsty Dante will be. Watch it below.
The main Fast X trailer already gave us a taste of the action, but this new teaser shows us more of what Dante can do.
He’s a crazy villain who doesn’t play by any rules, not even his own. He says things like, “Let’s all start shooting each other,” because he doesn’t care if he lives or dies.
Dom has never met anyone like him before, and he will have a hard time stopping him.
Momoa’s Fast X villain is unique because he has a history with Fast Five, widely regarded as the best Fast & Furious movie ever.
Dante is the son of Hernan Reyes, who Dom and his crew killed after robbing his bank. Now Dante wants to make Dom pay for what he did to his dad.
This makes Fast X super cool because it ties back to Fast Five and shows that Dom can’t just get away with anything.
Dante has a real reason to hate him, and this makes him the perfect villain.
Dante is not like any other Fast & Furious villain we’ve seen before.
He’s not some boring, earnest guy who plans everything and bosses’ people around. He’s a fun, flashy villain who likes to show off his skills and style on his bike. He doesn’t care about anything but getting revenge and having a good time.
Jason Momoa is excellent, and we love him as Aquaman, but Dante is an entirely new role for him.
He’s playing a bad guy; unlike the heroes he usually plays. This will show us how good of an actor he really is and how he can play any character.
We can’t wait to see how Dante will challenge Dom and his crew and how he will rank among the other Fast & Furious villains. Dante is definitely going to be a great addition to the franchise.
