New ‘challenges’ await Tomozaki as he continues to figure out his life, one mission or one task at a time. Now that he has taken a job while continuing to work with Hinami, what things will he work on?
Also, it seems like Mimimi, Fuka, and Tama also have something to deal with. But we will get to know about it more in the upcoming season.
On Sunday, a new teaser promo and visual for the second of Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki was released by the official website. The second season is titled Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki 2nd Stage.
The video shows all the main characters in high school. Mimimi, Tama, and Fuka are wearing worried expressions. In the end, the teaser confirms that the staff and cast are returning from the first season. However, no release date has been confirmed.

Studio project no.9 will continue handling the animation production with Shinsuke Yanagi as the director. Fumihiko Shimo is writing the scripts, and Akane Yano will design the characters for the anime.
The first season was a fun watch, with a dive at the end and then pulling back up. Watching all these characters overcome their awkwardness and insecurities together gives a sense of connection that it is possible to make a change in the game of life.

Low-tier Character Tomozaki-kun is a light novel series by Yuki Yaku. As of April 2023, 10 volumes and two short-story collections have been released.
Tomozaki-kun is a pro-level gamer who thinks that “Life is a bad game.” The powerful have freedom while the weak have to be submissive with no chance to fight for a top position.
He meets Aoi Hinami in high school, who is also the number two player in the game Attack Families and played against Tomozaki. She offers to teach him the hacks of turning life into a good game.
