In Episode 15, titled ‘One Thing at a Time,’ Deku, Bakugou, and Todoroki received some great lessons from Endeavour as they started their work-study in his agency.
Earlier in the episode, Hawks learned about a massive attack by Tomura in four months when he joined the meeting among the members of League of Villains.
Meanwhile, Endeavor decoded the message Hawk gave him and realized the true reason behind work-study. Later in the episode, the trio joined a raid with Endeavour.
The episode ended with Endeavor assigning Todoroki and Bakugou to learn more about their energy. He also told Deku to focus on controlling Air Force first before learning anything else.

1. Episode 16 Preview & Speculation
All Might has said before that he’s never had any issue using One For All. As soon as he received it, everything came naturally to him, despite him being quirkless as well.
But with Endeavor, he had to learn step by step to acquire that level of skill and power. Same is the case with Deku. So Deku learning under Endeavour is much better than learning under All Might, although he was the one to give him One For All.
Next week’s episode will mark the return of the Bara Seal, as Endeavour’s agency teams up with Ryuuku’s agency, where Uraraka and Asui are doing their work-study.
Many fans are already predicting it to be a filler episode. The upcoming episode will make things clearer!
2. Episode 16 Release Date
Episode 16 of the My Hero Academia (2021) anime, titled “Long Time No See, Selkie”, has been released on Saturday, Jul 17, 2021.
Since this anime runs on a weekly schedule, new episode releases are seven days apart.

3. Episode 15 Recap
Hawks enters the mansion where the members of the League of Villains are having a meeting. They praise Hawks for spreading the word of the Meta Liberation War. He dismisses himself after a while but secretly leaves one of his feathers in the doorway.
As he eavesdrops on their conversation, he hears Himiko revealing that Tomura will destroy everything in four months. Meanwhile, Endeavor decodes the message and recalls a conversation with the Public Safety Commission President.
The president requested him to look out for students and train them thoroughly to gain more experience. He realizes that Hawks and the Commission are already aware of the enemy’s plan, and the work-study is to prepare the hero students for that.
Endeavor arrives in front of Deku, Bakugou, and Todoroki and asks them to tell him what they want to work on. Izuku goes first and tells him that he wants to take good control of his power. Endeavor understands his concern and tells him that he has a wonderful quirk.
He then turns to Bakugou, who replies that he wants to learn what he cannot do in order to be strong and surpass the Number One Hero.
As Endeavour walks back to his office, Todoroki stops him and says that All Might is one he admires, not him. He also says that he will never forgive him for what he did to his mother. After Todoroki finishes his speech, Endeavour tells the three to start their training.
While heading outside, he informs the three that ‘Rescue, Evacuation, and Fighting’ are the three fundamentals a hero should focus on. He receives a notification and speeds up to get in action while the trio follows him.
Meanwhile, Izuku remembers the Fifth user’s words, who suggests to hurry up so he can master the other six Quirks that will be manifested in him soon.
Endeavor manages to catch the hit-and-runner motorcyclist. The three also arrive at the scene soon afterward. Todoroki asks Bakugou if he noticed Endeavor is so fast because he propels himself by shooting the fire.
Endeavor assigns Todoroki and Bakugou to learn how to store up their energy and condense it, to be able to release their maximum output. Endeavor then asks Todoroki to control the shape of his fire as he does it with the ice. Later, he also tells Deku to focus on controlling Air Force first.
4. About My Hero Academia
My Hero Academia is a Japanese superhero manga series written and illustrated by Kōhei Horikoshi. It has been serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump since July 2014, with its chapters additionally collected in 37 tankōbon volumes as of February 2023.
