A new escapee of Tartarus shows her prowess in episode 20 of My Hero Academia season 6, titled “Assassin.”
As Deku and the team continue making their rounds around the desolate city and trying to help whatever civilian population remains, they encounter multiple small-level villains terrorizing the town and enraged civilians against the Hero Association.
Lady Nagant appears as a former hero but escaped prisoner of Tartarus and a legend amongst the community as a fearsome foe. Even Hawks warns Deku of her strength and tells him to run immediately on sight.

Episode 21 Speculation
We will likely see Lady Nagant fight against Deku as she chases after him through the rain; the conditions are perfect for her to go unnoticed and take him out from the shadows and from a distance where she holds the advantage.
All Might and the others have also noticed that Deku’s GPS has gone out of order and are likely speeding their way to get to the last known location. Hawks might finally meet his senior, but it will be on opposing sides.

Recap of Episode 20
Gran Torino gives his cloak to Deku, entrusting him and his new team to take care of All For One and end this eternal nightmare. Deku helps out a misunderstood civilian with a quirk that transforms her but is mistaken to be a villain.
The dark city stands filled with desolation and the population’s fear of being attacked by villains at any time. Shimura and the other successors are gathered in One For All and discuss having Deku adapt to all their quirks.
They entrust everything to Deku and prepare him to finally end All For One and give him the full power of One For All. Endeavor takes out trim-level villains, and Hawks and Best Jeanist also make their rounds and interrogate all they capture.
Hawks and the team are using Deku’s One For All as bait to lure out Shigaraki, and hopefully be able to collapse on All For One once they show themselves. They also discuss the reason for All For One trying to take on Shigaraki’s body.
None of his actions so far make sense because he has a need not just for Shigaraki’s body but also for the hatred he carries. As Deku stands on a rooftop and tries to make contact with All Might, a bullet takes out the GPS.
A sniper stands atop the rooftop and tells Deku to immediately surrender if he wants to survive. A prisoner of Tartarus from much before their time, and a senior to Hawks, Lady Nagant is a legend amongst the community and is now on the hunt for Deku.
Hawks had warned him to run as quickly as possible if he ever comes into contact with her, as he stands no chance. We see a flashback to the Tartarus escape, where All For One hire Lady Nagant to capture Deku.
All For One has done his research, knows all about Nagant’s past, and uses it against her to convince her to join his side and capture Deku to bring down the hero community.
