In chapter 355 of My Hero Academia, my initial assumption was that Shigaraki would try to steal OFA again once the “resistance to AFO” is evident. In order to show how they came together against the greatest evil and how they all became heroes.

1. Chapter 356 Raw Scans, Leaks
The raw scans of chapter 356, titled “Know Your Enemy”, have just been released. Tokoyami attacks AFO with his Black Ankh Fleeting Ragnarok. Hawks comments that AFO misjudged them and that they were just buying time. AFO realizes that Jiro’s attack and the vestiges’ rebellion have affected his sensory quirks. He reabsorbs his vestiges and attacks all around with metal blade-like projections.
The projections put AFO’s mask back together. Hawks saves Tokoyami and Jiro from the attack. Endeavor enters the battle again at that moment to save Hawks, but his right arm gets sliced off by the blades. The chapter then rewinds to the point when he was on the ground. Endeavor faces his younger self, who claims that his mistakes and circumstances have only made him weak and he can never be a true hero.
A flashback shows Endeavor trembling after seeing a father dying in an attempt to save his daughter. He recalls the reason he took up the name ‘Endeavor’ because he wanted to push himself to do better like that father. Back to the present, Endeavor creates an arm from his flames and attacks AFO, cracking his mask again and declaring that he wishes to end this fight now.

Previously, we saw how Hawks and Endeavor aimed to bring All For One by targeting his weakness. One of his weaknesses is a mask that acts as a ventilator, much like a life-support system.
There will be a limited number of heroes that will pack a lot of offensive power. As of now, the only two teams aiming to defeat All For One are Hawks and Endeavor.
All For One’s verbal traps inevitably resulted in Endeavor’s death. Due to Jiro and Tokoyami, the Extras, as All For One defines them, the Hawks were able to save Endeavor from a more serious injury.
Jiro and Tokoyami have helped Hawks break All For One’s mask a little through a chapter of struggle. Additionally, they accomplished all of this without receiving even a single help from the greatest hero of all time.

In chapter 355 of My Hero Academia, following an impaling attack by All For One, Endeavor lands on the ground. After regaining his bearings, he lambasts himself for letting All For One get to him like that and reflects on how all the problems he’s had to deal with are his own fault.
After being in the air for some time, Hawks notices Endeavor was able to avoid most of the damage from the attack, as his feathers detected that he was still breathing, so they need to continue fighting until he’s fully recovered.
The call is answered immediately by Tsukuyomi, who replies straight away that he was sent to the area to support them in case things went wrong. In the absence of their expectations, Hawks asks the “hero” to help with Endeavor.
There was never a time when it would be necessary, but since everything is going poorly now, he says.
It is imperative that All For One targets Endeavor’s weakest link, Earphone Jack, while his second self is in danger, and that the plan is to buy time as Endeavor recovers.
