In chapter 161 of Mission: Yozakura Family, we learn that the family still needs to figure out how to use the bullet Momo gave Kyoichiro. In the next chapter, we will see them attempt to access the plans inside it and what means they plan to use to open it.

5. Chapter 161 Recap
The family finally heads home, and Kyoichiro drives them. Since they are all exhausted and worn out from the events on the boat, an awkward silence develops, which annoys Kyouchiro. The family then starts to play a game of “Guess Who,” which does lift everyone’s spirits.
Since they’re driving through the ocean, Shinzo and Taiyo go fishing, picking up tuna and other fish, leading to the family having a big meal. After eating, while the rest of the family sleeps, Taiyo sits in the passenger seat next to Kyoichiro.
He asks Taiyo if he is too frustrated to sleep. Taiyo expresses his frustration on how he would have been unable to save them if it wasn’t for Kyoichiro.
Kyoichiro tells Taiyo that this is not over yet. He tells him that Kai and other gold-ranked spies inspected the scene and found nothing on Asa, their father, or their mother’s heart. Asa’s goal still needs to be discovered. We then see a panel of Asa standing in front of what seems to be Momo’s head in a vault.
Kyoichiro shows Taiyo the bullet with his father’s plans, but they have yet to figure out how to use it or open it. He tells Taiyo to focus on the things they didn’t lose and think of ways to keep the family safe. The family then goes for a swim.

Mission: Yozakura Family (Yozakura-san Chi no Daisakusen) is a manga series written and illustrated by Hitsuji Gondaira.
It follows the protagonist Taiyo Asano and Mutsumi Yozakura who’s the head of an elite spy family. After getting targetted by Mutsumi’s overprotective brother, Taiyo agrees to marry Mutsumi to protect both of them from her brother. This leads Taiyo to become a part of Yozakura family and learning how to become a spy for Mutsumi’s protection and safety.
