When it comes to the harem genre in manga and anime, it can be looked at as catering to mature audiences only. There are exceptions, though, although this one is not. The upcoming anime will whack your mind for sure as the protagonist has to deal with not 4 or 5 but 100 girlfriends!
Rikito Nakamura and Yukiko Nozawa’s The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You is now becoming an anime.
On Tuesday, an official website for the 100 Kanojo anime series was opened. It revealed the first key visual, the main voice cast, and the core staff members who will handle it.
The visual above shows the three characters Rentarō Aijō and his first two girlfriends, Hakari Hanazono and Karane Inda.

Among the main staff, Hikaru Sato will direct the series, with Bibury Animation Studio handling the production. Takashi Aoshima will write the series, and Akane Yano will design the characters for the anime.
The whole premise of 1 man and 100 girlfriends is blatantly absurd and extreme. Despite the infamy of this genre and controversial characters, you cannot deny the amount of craziness you get in such stories, especially the rom-com ones.
The manga has been loved a lot by fans which is another reason why anyone should have a look at this anime once it gets released.
About The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Love You
The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You (100 Kanojo) often referred to simply as The 100 Girlfriends is a harem and romantic comedy manga series written by Rikito Nakamura and illustrated by Yukiko Nozawa.
It follows Rentaro Aijo who has confessed to 100 girls and has been rejected by all. As a last resort, he prays at a shrine for a girlfriend during his high school life but due to an error on the side of God of Love, Rentaro is destined to have 100 soulmates.
If Rentaro doesn’t accept a soulmate, she is fated to die in an accident. So, to save their lives, Rentaro decides to have a harem of 100 girlfriends.
