About Kantai Collection
Kantai Collection, also known as KanColle, emerged as a web browser game in 2013. It received an anime adaptation in 2015 which was followed by a movie. A second season premiered in 2022.
The anime is set in a world where humanity has lost control of the seas. The Abyssal Fleet has taken over the seas and only Fleet Girls can be of help. Fleet Girls are girls who possess the spirit of naval vessels of the past.
Fubuki, a girl who possesses the spirit of a destroyer, is the protagonist of the anime.
