Kageki Shoujo!! Episode 10, titled “A Once-in-a-Century Autumn,” was aired this week. 

So far, we saw a detailed insight into Kaoru’s life before coming to Kouka. We got to know more about the troubles she went through to keep up with the image of being the granddaughter and daughter of Kouka stars.

Later, she promised herself to confess her feelings to her childhood friend. 

Sarasa got chosen to be the Spring Troupe’s relay race. She was subjected to a lot of bullying since she was being preferred over the others. It caused a hindrance to her performance but after Ai’s pep talk, she was back to normal.

Episode 11 Speculations and Discussions

Episode 11 is titled “4/40.” 

Our first years are close to being recruited to play important roles in different Kouka events. 

Obviously, Sarasa and Ai being the talented students that they are, will be chosen over the other students, which may cause some envy between the students. 

This does not mean that the other students in their batch do not have talent. They also have ample amounts of talent and will be chosen for their respective roles. 

However, we also have to keep in mind that Kouka is a strict school and they will not hold back from being insensitive and choosing only the cream of the crowd.

No, Kageki Shoujo!! is not on break this week. Episode 11 is set to air as scheduled. No delay has been announced.

Recap of Episode 10

Episode 10, titled “A Once-in-a-Century Autumn,” starts with Sarasa being chosen as a substitute player in the Spring Troupe’s relay race. 

She is being led under the administration of its top star, Shiina. This procured Sarasa more jealousy, particularly among the second-year. 

It also turns into the objective of Hijiri’s harassing, which makes her anxious going into the Sports Festival. 

She is so terrified that she didn’t play the recorder at all during their show. She almost lost control when Risa intercedes and gives her a motivational talk. 

By sheer coincidence, Satomi arrives at the scene and gives her a motivational speech, as well. 

She is also there to give Sarasa a bunch of red roses. Sarasa understood that Kouzaburou figured out how to penetrate behind the stage and gave the bouquet to Satomi. 

Ai then tells her to be her optimal self to set her back to normal. Following Ai’s words, she wore counterfeit boobs since Sarasa’s “optimal self” has an E-cup. 

During the race, Sarasa trips when Satomi messes up receiving the baton and collides with her. 

They come in third and fourth, yet the two cross the end goal holding hands and pass the baton to the following sprinters. 

Satomi for sure sees something uncommon in Sarasa, concurring with Ando-sensei. Akiha also uncovers the motivation behind why she picked Sarasa as the substitute sprinter. 

The episode ends with the Sports Festival ending successfully with everyone being content.
