I. Gojo and Sukuna’s strengths
Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 229 will focus on how well Sukuna can control Megumi’s power and cause damage. Gojo seemed stressed at the end of the chapter and is seen with visible damage. Even though there are hints that Gojo might die, it seems less likely, at least right now.
The matter at hand is whether or not Gojo knows about Mahoraga’s capabilities. One thing is sure: if Sukuna could vanquish Mahoraga when Megumi wielded the Shikigami, Gojo should be able to do the same.
II. Switching Perspectives
The next chapter might switch the story’s perspective to what Megumi thinks and feels and if he knows he is fighting Gojo. Readers might also learn how deeply Megumi’s soul has been damaged.
