Isekai Yakkyoku, an upcoming summer anime, plays a cruel joke on a modern-day pharmacologist as he gets reincarnated in a world where people don’t know the first thing about proper medication.

The visual portrays Pharma, the MC, with the two people he is the closest to in the alternate world. Charlotte, the pink-haired girl, serves as Pharma’s caretaker. She is cheerful and caring and works for Pharma.
Ellen is the top apprentice of the Medicis family and also Pharma’s tutor. She is an intelligent and diligent person who will help the protagonist in his quest.
Pharma himself belongs to the prolific Medicis family in the isekai world, but still, he will be astonished by their backward nature of treatments. In this world, superstitions are more prevalent than a proper doctor.
Thus, Pharma will immediately take an oath to revolutionize the era with modern medical knowledge. It is a fight to see if science can win over the stupid traditional methods of the isekai land.
