Wang and Hinrigh are in front of the mysterious room. Hinrigh hurls a knife at the old man’s knee, causing him to scream.
Hinrigh realized the old man was a clone when he noticed he wasn’t bleeding. The clone itself, though, vanishes. The gang decides to let the Phantom Troupe take care of the Heil-Ly family after one of Wang’s men, Tassi, enters the room to retrieve Hinrigh’s dagger before he vanishes.
Bille kills Tassi after he is transported into the Heil-Ly family’s underground lair. He attained Level 21 as a result, but this time he switched from Emmitor to Conjurer.
Morena Prudo is preparing her next move against Tserriednich. She asks Dogman to recruit a guard and assigns some duties to her family members. He has reached Level 36, and just a few more are required to complete his objective.
Hinrigh looks at the video he captured with the camera he had put up. The troops of Tserriednich are at work, searching the ship’s Tier 3 for the Heil-Ly lair.
Otocin, one of the soldiers, approaches his captain and inquires about countermeasures against Morena Prudo’s men, who may be Nen-capable.
The troops speculate that the prince may be practicing to hone his Nen powers right now, which is why he wasn’t acting against Morena Prudo after observing the prince’s behavior.
The captain compliments them on their intelligence and potential for advancement, but they reject the chance by saying it will be a hassle. They were Tserriednich’s friends, and they were choosing to avoid him to preserve their friendship.
Later, Tserriednich’s friends reunite with Borksen as she tells Tserriednich about Theta and Salkov’s peculiar response to the emergency broadcast and what it says about Nen. Additionally, they debate the potential that Morena Prudo possesses these skills and their strategy for dealing with the Heil-Ly family.
