If you want to teach Fake Tears to more than one Pokemon, you can craft its disc through the TM Machine. TM 003 can be accessed in the craftable TM list after you beat Team Star Boss Giacomo.

1. 400 LP: You can get League points by selling TM crafting materials, beating Team Star, completing Tera Raids, or beating Shiny Pokemon.

2. 3 Teddiursa Claws: You can get this material by defeating Teddiursa or Ursaring.

3. 3 Bonsly Tears: You can get this material by defeating Bonsly or Sudowoodo.
