You can find TM 003 in the following locations.
1. The first TM 003 disc can be found behind a large rock to the southeast of Cortondo in South Province (Area Two).
2. The second disc can be found near the edge of a cliff, near the East Paldean Sea.
3. The third disc lies under a tree on a small patch of grass between two cliffs in the desert area of South Province (Area Three).
How to craft TM 003 Fake Tears?
If you want to teach Fake Tears to more than one Pokemon, you can craft its disc through the TM Machine. TM 003 can be accessed in the craftable TM list after you beat Team Star Boss Giacomo.

1. 400 LP: You can get League points by selling TM crafting materials, beating Team Star, completing Tera Raids, or beating Shiny Pokemon.
