A promotional video for the upcoming anime is streaming on the official website of Horimiya.

TV anime “Horimiya” book PV

The PV shows Hori and Miyamura living their own lives, hiding their true selves from others. However, they will accidentally discover each other’s secrets and vulnerabilities.

How will they get closer to each other while keeping their private lives hidden? The story also has some secondary love interests, and their stories are developed with equal care and subtlety.

The opening song, “Iru Kosui” (Colour Perfume), is performed by Yoh Kamiyama. The band Friends is performing the ending theme song, “Yakusoku” (Promise). The theme songs are previewed in the PV.

What I love the most about this series is the portrayal of first love and its purity. The scenes where the other classmates come too near to discovering the truth but then get sidetracked are hilarious.
