My Next Life as a Villainess season 2, episode 10, titled “Keith Disappeared… Part 2” was released this week.

So far, we saw that Catarina and her friends arrived at the Department of Magic,and unknowingly activated the wish-granting Dollhouse.

Everyone had their own unique desires and were unable to snap out of their dreams. Raphael even ended up getting sucked into his dreams when he tried helping them.

Catarina and her friends were unable to find any leads regarding Keith. They decided to stay at an inn. During their stay, Maria admitted to Catarina that she would be nothing without her. Keith’s kidnapper decided to make him a test subject for dark magic.

Catarina and the others finally have an idea where Keith could be. 

I’m sure they will find the right location and rescue Keith in time. Meanwhile, I hope Keith successfully overcomes the dark magic on his own so that his spirit is not broken. 

Even though they rescue Keith, his abductors will not let them go without a fight. So we can expect a little friction in the upcoming episode.

Recap of Episode 10

Episode 10, titled “Keith Disappeared… Part 2″ starts with Catarina and the others not being able to find any leads on Keith’s location.

During their search, Catarina points out an item claiming that it is cool even though it is a bit odd. Gerodo gives it to her as a way to impress her. 

They spend the night at an inn to get some rest and start fresh the next day. As they are eating, Catarina reminisces about Keith and gets a little depressed, making her go to sleep early.

When they’re sleeping, Maria opens up to Catarina saying that she is grateful that she has her as a friend and that she would have been nothing without her.

On the contrary, Catarina claims that it is all because of her own hardwork and she had no role to play in Maria’s development.

Larna communicates with Raphael and finds out more information on Keith’s disappearance and realizes that he did not just run away from his home.

Catarina writes a letter to everyone back home regarding their progress so that they do not get worried.  

Later, Catarina shows Maria a plant seed that sticks to a surface. She is unable to recall the name so the teddy in Maria’s hand smirks at her. 

The same night, when Maria is not around, Catarina fills the teddy with a lot of plant seeds after which it is unable to remove. 

Meanwhile, Keith is being tortured and used as a test subject for Dark magic. Maria happens to see the Dark magic user and is terrified. 

The episode ends with Larna telling Catarina and the others all the information she has on Keith and the fact that he has been kidnapped by someone.
