Wit Studio announced a worldwide release of ‘Great Pretender season 2: razbliuto,’ in 2024. Crunchyroll will stream the anime in over 200 countries except for China.
The new key visual above features a new character, Dorothy, a gifted swindler. Some side characters from the previous installment appear alongside her. The key visual also indicates the broadcast will be on DMM-TV.
A 45-second trailer featuring glimpses from the previous season and introducing Dorothy, a new character, was released. It is expected that the main character, Makoto, will be partnering with Dorothy in the upcoming season.
Season 2 will also showcase more international locations with the series’ signature colorful art style, promising to “fool the world.”
The previous staff members from season 1 will be returning to continue their incredible work under Wit Studio. More announcements about the plot and the cast will be made at the Anime NYC panel 2023, featuring some staff from the production house.
